Steve’s franchising career began in the quick service industry specifically focused on operations, training and multi-unit management. He started with an icon giant Pepsi Co. At the time Pepsi Food services had the brands KFC, Taco Bell, and Pizza Hut. Steve learned the essentials of franchising and how to successfully operate multi- unit concepts. He also had the opportunity while in the quick service arena to work with some of the largest franchisees in the united states with concepts such as Burger King and Taco Bell. During this experience, Steve was able to fine-tune his entrepreneurial skills.

Steve and his wife Kim had both been part of the quick service industry for years, and they decided it was time for them to venture into being a multi- unit franchisee for themselves. They soon purchased multiple locations with Del Taco and Tim Hortons. Kim focused on the operations, while Steve decided to venture into a different category of franchising, the Service Based Arena.

Steve’s initial focus included business consulting with Franchisees. He joined Service Brands International where he worked with such brands as Molly Maid, Mr. Handyman, DUCTZ, and ProTect Painters. During this time Steve identified that he had a knack for Franchise Development. Steve started Development for a new franchise concept, DUCTZ. Steve aligned himself in the Restoration arena and Launched additional new concepts including HOODZ, Electronic Restoration Services, and Art Recovery Technologies. Steve also has lead development for existing brick and mortar businesses such as Martinizing and The Lash Lounge.
