Prior to joining the Franchise Consulting Company, Matt spent 18 years in franchising, both as a Franchisee as well as worked on the Corporate Franchisor side for major North American franchisors. Matt first became a Franchisee while still in College and quickly grew his business to be in the top five in sales in the region after just a few years. Matt’s passion was to have a greater impact and help other Franchisees, so he joined the corporate team of major North American Franchisors working with the Operations Team. Matt always has a Franchisee first approach- understanding the Franchisees goals and working with the Franchisee to create a business plan around those goals.
Over his 17 years in Franchising, Matt has worked with hundreds of Franchisees across North America. Matt understands franchising and franchisees – he coaches them and helps them grow their business. He knows how important it is to match a franchisee up with a business that fits his client’s needs and goals. Matt strives to help match them up to the best Franchise opportunities. Matt is the youngest of 8 children and lives with his wife outside of Boston.
