John Karg brings decades of business experience with an extensive background in small business, finance, and commercial real estate. A 20-year U.S. Navy veteran, he built his career on the principles of service, integrity, and hard work. After his military service, John transitioned into the financial sector, working with top firms such as UBS, Bank of America, and Prudential Financial, where he specialized in advising small business owners.

His entrepreneurial spirit led him to launch a successful retail skateboard company and concessions operation. Passionate about education, he spent five years as a business educator, mentoring students in the U.S., Kuwait, and Azerbaijan. Since 2017, John has been dedicated to serving the hospitality industry as a commercial real estate agent, business broker, and auctioneer.

John’s expertise is backed by an MBA with an accounting emphasis, a Master’s in Taxation, and a Master’s in Business Education. He has completed advanced hospitality and real estate programs through Cornell University and NYU, solidifying his knowledge in asset management and hotel investments.
