With more than 30 years of leadership and mentoring experience including creating, acquiring,

operating, and selling multiple businesses, Jeff has first-hand experience at every level of

entrepreneurship. Additionally, as a multi-unit franchise owner and business broker, Jeff

understands what it takes to operate within a franchise model and how to scale with a future exit in mind.

Jeff is a graduate of the University of Colorado with an Aerospace Engineering degree and

served 8 years as a Naval Flight Officer prior to starting his first business. As a certified

personal trainer and 9-time Ironman finisher, intertwined in all that he does is a passion for

health, wellness, fitness and nutrition - teaching others how to achieve their goals while leading

a healthy and balanced life. Business ownership has allowed Jeff to create the balance needed

to excel professionally while raising 5 children, coaching multiple youth sports and volunteering

with several veteran-focused non-profits like Owners in Honor and The Honor Foundation.
