Cody Teets comes to FCC with 30+ years in a Fortune 150 company, McDonald’s Corporation. During this time, she worked on both the Franchisor and Franchisee side of the business. Cody led their 8th largest global market and later served as Vice President of US Franchise Relations. In her time with the largest Global Franchise, she built a diverse team by leveraging skills around Capital Funding, Strategic Development, Succession Planning, Vendor Partnerships, Organizational Culture, Real Estate, and P&L Optimization.
Since her retirement she has been consulting with franchisors, franchisees, and private equity groups. She also served as Chairman of the board for a private company in the Healthcare Industry developing pre-IPO governance. Her passion lies in helping people and companies attain their goals and generational wealth
Cody considers herself a “Lifelong Learner”. As such, she is affiliated with Regis University where she earned her MBA and now teaches, as well as the University of Colorado for her Bachelor of Science in Business. She also has strong relationships with the Colorado Private Directors Association as Co-President. Her book, “Golden Opportunity, Remarkable Stories of Success”, enabled her to achieve her goal of being an author.
