He brings to The Franchise Consulting Company his commitment to customer service with his experiences in owning and operating his own service-based and retail businesses for over 10 years, and his technical roles where his success was measured by his stakeholders and customer's satisfaction. He understands goals and the hard work it takes to hit those goals. While working toward a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, and a Minor in Mathematics, he worked an average of 30 hours a week, all while maintaining a full-time course load.
